To the congress and Federal Government of the U.S.A

I Alexander Furman, among the many ideas I had developed, I would like to share with you people the following one:

The idea is how to fight hunger and starvation in the world using the material brought ashore by the ocean, this material is mainly seaweed that can be used as a fertilizer, rich in organic materials and minerals.

Once removed from the shore, the beach will look cleaner and nicer.

Therefore the outcome will be at least twice as much.
